Adaptable30

5 steps for easy installation of a glass fence with a bracket Adaptable30

Slika BR.7

When assembling glass fences, precision is very important due to the impossibility of additional glass processing after hardening. During the drilling of the hole on the base for the anchor, there is often displacement of the hole from the axis, which creates a problem if not fixed. The Adaptable30 bracket is designed so that it overcomes the problem.

Slika BR.8

The advantage of the Adaptable30 bracket is that it has the ability to solve the problem of a broken anchor use and precisely adjust the desired axis of the support. It has a range of 20mm of adjustment (positioning), which satisfies the needs of the assembler.

Slika BR.9

A wrongly placed base where the glass fence is installed is a common occurrence. The fine threading in the spacer between the wall and the glass allows the substrate to be straightened and prepared for the setting of the glass.

Slika BR.10

When the glass is placed on the supports, it is important to screw the upper nut (do not tighten all the way) and leave the lower one so that the vertical glass can be finally set. The advantage is that this adjustment can be done without removing the glass from the support using the S50 key. This reduces the risks of glass damage and carrier and speeds up the assembly time.the problem.

Slika BR.11

In the end, there is the final tightening of the nuts with the K50 key. With this carrier system it is very easy adjusting glass pieces and matching each other so that they fence in a short time you mount it to look perfect.

Slika BR.12

Keys for tightening the nut K50 and for tightening the spacers S50 are very useful when assembling the fence, because they fit exactly in the already provided places on the support. They are designed so that they are easy to handle, which speeds up the assembly process itself.
